Perma-Temp Consultants will help manage the temporary staffing process.  In addition to understanding the actual workflow, processes and standards of your firm.  Our Staffing Consultant will be responsible for the following:

• Basic Human Resources functions, including time keeping, payroll and administrative duties.
• Monitoring employee performance & productivity.
• Counseling employees’ performance, productivity and attitude.
• Client specific orientation for all new employees.
• Tracking & Compiling standards & reports.
• Continuous discussion of services & needs with managers.
• Development & implementation of program for continuous improvement.
• Recruitment
• Injury documentation
• Paycheck distribution/ direct deposit

To successfully achieve your objectives, Perma-Temp designs a customized orientation detailing the job responsibilities, expectations for work environment and stringent attendance/ performance guidelines associated with open positions.  This orientation will familiarize and reinforce employee knowledge regarding policies, procedures and expectations and in turn provides you with more confident & productive employees.  

In addition, our staffing professionals screen, test and assess our candidates based upon the needs of our clients.  We take great care in maintaining safe worksite practices.
